A little about kelly

Kelly Minter is an accomplished Bible teacher, author and songwriter. She grew up in the Washington D.C. area in Virginia where her parents planted a church they’re still at. In her early twenties Kelly decided to give a career in music a go and moved to Nashville, TN where she signed her first record deal. After several years of the infamous highs and lows of being an artist (mostly lows), Kelly wrote her first Bible study with LifeWay Publishers, No Other Gods. Since then she’s published 5 studies, 4 books and released a few records.
The opportunity to write curriculum for women was an incredible opportunity for Kelly since her love for God’s Word goes back to when she was a little girl. The truths of Scripture have been her joy and encouragement as well as anchors in dark times. Whether she’s speaking, writing or singing you can’t miss her love for the Scriptures.
Currently living in Nashville, Kelly enjoys cooking, gardening, being outside—and eating, especially when someone else is cooking. Two of her nieces and nephews live 3 miles down the road—her aunt-hat is one of the favorites she wears. Kelly has a huge heart for missions and partners closely with Justice & Mercy International in Franklin, TN. You can catch her on social media or on her blog.
